Southernwood Roofing is amazing. We needed a new roof before putting our house on the market. Geddy came out and did a full inspection and made recommendations. He worked with our insurance company to ensure they had all the information needed for our claim. He was always available by phone to answer our questions, even on weekends. The new roof is beautiful, the clean up after installation left the yard impeccable. We highly recommend Southernwood!!

Our experience with Southernwood couldn’t have been better. Andrew Lee was fantastic. We struggled with our insurance company and Andrew had our back the whole time. Once all the repairs were agreed upon and the materials came in, Southernwood got the job done quickly without any issues.

Working with Southernwood was an absolute pleasure. Andrew, our sales representative, was very helpful and took the time to explain several options for our project when he came out to the house. Andrew along with Kirsten, in the office, stayed in constant communication with me throughout the project, from start to finish. We had our roof, siding, gutters, and two new doors installed, and the men and women who worked on the project were punctual and very thorough in their work.

We are extremely satisfied with the service and construction of the new roof. The Outside Sales Rep, Noah Zeitler, worked for us and with us the entire time. We had some issues with the insurance company and he went above our expectations. He kept us informed when he communicated with the five different adjusters that we had from Kemper Ins. If he promised to call by the end of day, he did. If we had any questions, he would find the answer if he didn’t know. We were pleased with the office staff and everyone there. It was a pleasure working with your company and will recommend your services. Thank you !

This is our second time working with Southernwood. They replaced our roof in 2020. We were very satisfied with that service. This time we needed our entire soffit at the front of our house replaced due to a carpenter bee infestation and rot. Our salesman, Noah Zeitler also recommended replacing some rotten additional trim at the front of the house. The whole team from the secretary, salesman, Forman and installers were polite, attentive, communicative about delivery of supplies and installation date. We are so happy with the results. The work was completed in one afternoon and it looks amazing!

Recently had windows on lower level of house replaced, very professional on all stages of process. Initial quote was fair and well detailed to highlight the value of the options they proposed. Was kept apprised of all stages of project from ordering, shipping of materials, and install. Completed installation in one day, this included making repairs to headers and other structural damage from the old windows. They also created custom flashing that looks better than what was there before! Very happy with entire process. Would recommend to anyone for window work. Will use them again in future for additional work on windows and doors!

We had previously used Southernwood for roof damage after a hail storm several years ago and were very pleased with their work at that time. Our siding was damaged in a wind storm recently and we were just about to go out of town on a long trip. they came out quickly, reviewed the damage and set up the service. They took care of all the work while we were gone and were happy to wait until we returned to make our payment. During all of this time they kept us well informed with emails and text messages. I received 3 estimates and Southernwood was the best. They walked me through the entire process and kept me informed from start to finish. I also pushed the work back a week but saw it was going to rain and they were able to give me a sooner date. My roof looks amazing. My garage and porch roof along with some siding, facia and soffit, and gutter were damaged during the January 3rd snowstorm. Once a tree was removed the damage was promptly accessed by Southerwood Sales Rep and Insurance appraiser. This was coordinated by my insurance company. The roofing crew and siding crew did an excellent job, installing roofing and new siding, facia and soffit and new gutter. Great job on clean up as well. Thank you.
